    • This function can be used to very quickly update working session state at a specified line within a DMIS program.
    • This function can be used to update working session state after a modification by the Script Engine.
    • This function can be used to update working session state when the user  moves the execution cursor to a specific line.

         

  • New option to convert nominal coordinates during Cut/Copy/Paste across alignments.

  • Improvement of the One Point Alignment: ability to set 1 to 3 offsets to define the origin from current probe positions.

  • DMIS: RMEAS command is now supported for slot measurement.
  • Automatic measurement: depth of paths can be defined from any reference plane.
 
  • Add new Unlock/Lock Head command (in order to reset the head after a collision). This command can be added in the stylus/tools changer procedures. This command is only available with Metrologic ME5008 controller.

        

  • Automatic surface point measurement: ability to measure surface points to inspect the edge of a surface with relative probing point management (relative to point, line or plane).
   
  • Scanning measurement (SP25, SP600...): add a warning if number of probing points is less than a percentage of the required number of points.

        

  • Ability to reset scales on the reference marks with an offset (which can be different on each axis).

        

  • Quick DMIS: ability to use both Quick DMIS and DMIS engine in order to speed up working session and part program synchronization.

 

Functions available since XG 9.003

  • Improvement of PRD import and support of new export format: export TSV. PRD
