Workcell Management

  • Select Multiple Objects in the Workcell and delete them.

         

  • Export a ‘complete’ Workcell to a given directory.

         

  • Direct integration of the Probe head in the workcell. The probe head files (*.sim files) are no longer necessary.
  • Import or Export a Workcell section containing a set of objects to or from an XML file.

         

 

Simulation

  • Complete integration of Stylus and Probe changers.

  • Preview of selected connectors in the Modify head window.

         

  • New method to configure the machine’s measurement volume.

Program Engines GM2 and DMIS

  • Updates the measurement statements when an alignment has been inserted or modified in a DMIS* program.

         

  • Possibility to automatically generate program lines containing geometrical point definition and measurement statements of the probing points of a feature.

         

  • Undo function to reverse the deletion of lines in DMIS and GM2 programs.

         

  • Improved verification tool to check the syntax of DMIS programs.
  • Copy/paste allowed between the DMIS editor and other text editors.
  • Duplicate lines by translating or rotating a group of selected lines in a DMIS program.

         

  • Use of a source feature, that has been defined and measured, to create DMIS program lines that contain the same characteristics as the feature used but have different positions.
  • New function to verify deviation between probing points in a DMIS program and a CAD part. Possibility to automatically correct probings by projecting them onto CAD file.

 

3D View

  • New control methods for the mouse in the 3-D view.
  • Geometrical Alignment: Preview of the alignment in the 3-D view.

         
         

 

Standardization

  • Font menus linked to Windows Configuration.
  • Script Engine* : supports Unicode characters.
  • Report Editor : supports Unicode characters.

 

Miscellaneous

  • Windows XP64 architecture integrated.
